Printed Label Sheets

Custom Laser sheets can be produced for a variety of applications and uses. Consolidated offers a wide range of sizes in house, however, if there is a size or shape that we don't have, a custom die can be purchased for you individual needs. We are also able to produce laser sheets in legal size (8.5 x 14). The materials for laser sheets range from your basic to matte to hi-gloss inkjet. Please discuss with your customer service representative the available materials. Laser sheets are often a more cost effective way to produce many different labels. It is possible on sheets to print many different items and avoid lots of plate charges associated with running several different copies on rolls. Laser sheets minimums are 1000, therefore, if the die you are looking at using has 15 images on it this will yield you 15,000 labels. If you do not need this many labels please speak to your representative regarding our short run digital label program.
