Rectangle and Square Label Shapes Available
Many of the labels we print are rectangle because the vertical or horizontal format gives customers the most design space to showcase their logo and/or artwork. Often times, rectangular labels are used as “wraparound labels” for products packaged in bottles and jars for more 360 degree coverage. We can also print square labels if that shape works better for your project.

Popular Markets for Rectangle Labels
Many markets that we serve use rectangle labels due to their design flexibility. Below are some examples to give you a better idea of how rectangle labels work with various products:
- Food/Beverage: Products like sauce, seasoning and juice work well with rectangular shape labels because the space on the label allows for various elements to be shown like a logo, graphics, Nutrition Facts, manufacturer/distributor information, QR code, website address, etc.
- Bath & Beauty: Rectangle labels are popular with cosmetics and lotions – particularly those packaged in jars, tubes and bottles – because the label shape can completely or partially wrap around the packaging for greater product visibility.
- Health: Since the health market tends to require more technical information on the product label, labels with a rectangle shape are best suited for pharmaceutical, medical and vitamin products. We can print rectangular multi-layer labels if a lot of information needs to be included on the packaging like instructions, warnings, dosage, etc.
