Tools You Can Use Anytime, Anywhere
As our customer, you will have access to an account profile where you can keep track of all your accounts and order information. Below is an overview of our systems to help you better understand what resources are available to you for managing label orders.
All of our customers have access to our Account Profile Management System. The account profile will allow you to track your orders, modify your billing information, view and approve your labels, manage specific users, and much more!
The art upload tool is designed to expedite the ordering process by allowing you to upload art files in a quick and efficient manner. The three-step process will guide you through everything you need to know on how to submit your label artwork to us. Check out our submitting artwork tips to see the file formats we accept.
Online Art Approval
With the artwork approval system, you can view, download, search, email and approve label artwork. If the artwork needs revision, you can also attach instructions and notes so our art team can fix it in a timely manner.
Search and track multiple orders in one convenient place. You can view an order’s shipment details by clicking on the tracking number, or you can click on the order number to see the order summary.

- Where can I create an account? You can create an account through the account login page or call our customer service team for assistance.
- How do I upload my label artwork? If you’re already logged into your account profile, you can click Upload Artwork to submit your artwork to us – or you can click the Art Upload Tool icon on our homepage. Both paths will lead you to the same art upload tool. NOTE: An account is required to upload artwork to our system.
- Where can I see the status of my order? Click on the “Orders” link in your account profile to see your order’s status in our internal system – inspection, shipped, cancelled, etc.
- Who do I contact if I have issues with my account? Please contact your customer service rep or call us at 1-800-475-2235 if you have problems uploading artwork, see missing information, etc.
